I have only known Richard since 1999 when he would visit the Dallas NWIRP. He was always courteous but professional and I was proud to call him my friend.

Richard was one of the finest people anyone could ever meet and have a business relationship with. I spent many hours and years with him while working at Chance Vought Aircraft. My very best to his family in this loss. Don Higginbotham
