I worked with Richard in the 1990's and I always found him to be polite, informative, and very helpful. He will be missed. My prayers are with you and your family.

I have not know Mr. Ott for very long but anytime we did get a chance to speak it was a pleasure. In my experience I found him to be a kind and considerate individual and he will be missed from our DOT family.

Dear Mrs. Ott,
I was saddened to learn of Richard's death. I worked with him for quite awhile in the 1990's. He was a wonderful man & a dear friend. I was unable to attend his service but wanted you to know that you & your family were in my thoughts & prayers. I sent a contribution to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society & I pray that maybe one day a cure will be found for these terrible diseases. Please know that I will never forget Richard.
May God Bless you always,
Lori Wood
