Rick was a cherished friend and a fantastic boss. I am so glad he was a part of my life, even though it wasn't for that long. I'd like to send condolences for Cori, the girls and Rick's parents especially. I know this may be a difficult holiday this year. You are loved and not forgotten~ keep each other strong

Rick was very special. He was like a son to me. I will always hold our little confidential talks close to my heart and his words of advice were priceless. When you talked to him you knew he not only listened but shared yours concerns deeply. He will be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure to know him. Cori and girls you were the loves of his life. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. It was a great honor to have known and worked with him.

My heart felt condolences to the Mintz family. I had the pleasure of knowing & working with Rick for quite a few years at CPC. He was truly a great guy and I know he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends.

To the Mintz Family: "Death is but a shadow that leads to eternal life." One word describes Rick best to me; He was a very compassionate "young" man, working with him, greeting him in the mornings, he was always very polite and approachable. Rest Now, Rick. Receive your heavenly reward.

Rick, man you too us with this one to say the least. Thank you for being an amazing Manager me over the years. You always encouraged me to go places that will advance me and I did. I could never thank you enough. I know how much you adored your wife and baby girls. You are missed. I will miss our amazing conversations and great laughs. Rest in peace my friend.

Rick made me laugh and brightened my day so many times over the last 15 years of work. I am so sorry that such a soul lie him has left our world. With deepest sympathy to all his loved ones and friends.

I met Rick while working at CPC. I watched him go from a desk on the floor, into the office and become our manager, mentor, leader and friend. He always had your back and would do his best to help if you had an issue. He was someone I kept in touch with long after I left and moved to Colorado, because he remained my friend. Many of us who came and went at CPC weren't just employees, we were a family. It breaks my heart to see him leave us all at such a young age. I grieve not only for my loss but for us all, especially his wife & two daughters.
They have suffered the biggest loss and my heart goes out to them and the rest of his family. I will always keep you in my heart and every rubber band ball I see will always remind me of the first yr we met. Hail the Traveler and Happy journey my friend!
