Dear Teresa,

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Richard's death, but we all know he is with the Lord. He and Kal are probably catching up on things right now (can't you just picture them?)

You have some exquisite memories of your times with Richard: his love of the Lord, your camping trips, the dogs, and the special memory you spoke of to me yesterday. When things get really tough, and they will, just grab on to those memories and hold on with all your might, and you WILL get through it.

You know if you need ANYTHING, just call.

Love in Christ,
Lucy

Teresa, I am so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. Our childhood friendship brings back many great memories. I will always remember you and Richard visiting me in the hospital prior to my colon cancer surgery 12 years ago. I only wish that I had known of Richard's illness and I would have been there for him, as he was for me. May God bless you and your family.

Richard was one of the finest clients I have had the pleasure of knowing. I enjoyed so much, the sharing of ideas concerning photography equipment and his works. We have the photograph he gave me hanging in our family room. If we can be of comfort to you Teresa, call Pam and come in.

I have known Richard since our early days at the Naval Shipyard. Richard was a true friend. I found that we had a lot in common with his love of photography and pets. Richard gave us our first Schnauzer and he inspired me with his knowledge of photography.

Richard was one that would do anything to help a friend. He was instrumental in me continuing my government career after the close of the Naval Shipyard. I have lost a true friend, and you have lost a fine husband and father.

God bless you. Our thoughts are with you.
