Dick was a true friend to us for many years and we will miss him very much. He remembered our birthdays every year for as long as we can remember. May he rest in peace.

To the Gerry family and friends,
I met Dick through imvolvement in the Life Underwriters Association. He was always willing to step up to the plate and do whatever needed to be done for our organization, just a great guy. I wish you all peace and comfort in the days to come.

While you watch down on us in peace and comfort, please always know that you will be missed. Your contagious humor and bright spirit were always a ray of light at our NAIFA meetings.

We feel very blessed that our paths crossed and that we experienced an incredible friendship in such a short time when our families came together through Ricky & Becky. We shall never forget your infectious laugh, your smile and gentle manner. Thank you Dick for the wonderful happy memories we have that will always be treasured, we are grateful. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the Gerry family.

May the angels in heaven send comfort in the days of storm.

Old friends are the best, but are the hardest to lose. I enjoyed Dick from school and Boy Scouts into our “Golden Years.” His soft-spoken humor and easy manner remained unchanged over all that time. I'm glad we had the opportunity to reconnect later in our lives for annual Maine summer fishing excursions. Those weeks in the backwoods will always be among my most treasured memories. Our condolences to Dick's many friends and family. Lots of hard strikes and tight lines Dick!

Lives diverge and converge. My dear cousin, you will be missed for now, but there is no doubt ours will converge again. Please give me a good word to make it so; just in case I fall short!

We were rarely together, but when we were it was always with a bright big smile, a laugh and a connection. I will miss you for those very memorable events. Indeed they were always 'events'.
