Richard Milton Fowler Johns Island - Richard Milton Fowler (Rusch), 61, of Johns Island, South Carolina, husband of Julia M. Rusch, entered into eternal rest Monday, December 26, 2022. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel. Richard was born May 15, 1961 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Bobby Allen Fowler and Marilyn Gayle Carter Rusch. He spent many years over the road as a truck driver. He owned a diesel mechanic business and co-owned a gutter company with his son-in-law, James. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Emily Gallagher (James); grandchildren, Michael, Solana, and Mia Gallagher; two brothers, Jerry Rusch (Beth) and Tommy Rusch (Shannon); numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends he considered family. He was preceded in death by children, Christina Marie, Baby Matthew and Brian Matthew; loving fathers, Bobby Fowler and Bill Rusch. He leaves behind his granddog, Casper.
