God bless the family of this loving and wonder lady. She will be missed, I just wished I could have spent more time with her, she always had a way about her of making you feel special. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Fulton ' s daughters and family. She was a servant who did the will of God; took care of people who needed assistance with taking care of themselves. She has done a GREAT job! We sincerely appreciated her love and devotion. May the peace of God be with your family always.

Mrs. Fulton, 30 years of my life I got to have the pleasure of living across the street from her. She was the sweetest, nicest, joyful and happiest lady. You will be missed by many. My Condolences are with this family.
