Reginald H. "Reggie" Addison COTTAGEVILLE, SC - Mr. Reginald H. "Reggie" Addison, husband of Sandra Kight Addison, died Saturday morning at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was 71. Reggie was born in Walterboro January 20, 1942 a son of the late Percy J. and Burness Guess Addison. He was a 1960 graduate of the Cottageville High School, and served in the South Carolina Army National Guard for six years. He was a retired general foreman for the Charleston Naval Shipyard, but is best remembered as a devoted employee and community fixture at Walterboro Feed and Garden for many years. He was also an active member of the Cottageville United Methodist Church where he served on various committees, including the board of Trustees. In addition to his wife, Reggie is survived by his children: James F. Kirk of Wichita, Kansas, Richard B. Addison and his wife Tiffany of Walterboro, Marianne K. Fallen and her husband Larry of Roanake, VA, and Jodi Addison-Taylor and her husband Ray, of Cottageville. There are six grandsons: Devin A. Fallen, J. Westly Taylor, A. Cody Taylor, Jackson E.J. Addison, Barry P. Addison, and Brandon J. Kirk. There are two granddaughters, Ashton M. Fallen and Olivia B. Fallen. Reggie also leaves behind five step-grandsons: Cameron M., Christopher R., Tracy C., Steven B., and Brantley C. Taylor. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 11:00 in the Cottageville United Methodist Church, with burial following in the Jordan Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-8 PM at the Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 17 Paul Street, Walterboro which is in charge of arrangements.
