Rebecca Tuk MT. PLEASANT - Rebecca M. Tuk, age 91, widow of the late Edward Tuk, Sr. of Mount Pleasant, SC, died Monday, October 22, 2012. She was born February 16, 1921 in Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Fannie (Sing) Moore. Rebecca devoted her life to her husband, Edward, of 70 years; to her children and to her grandchildren. Her hobbies were gardening, sewing and numerous different crafts. She was a member of Christ Our King Catholic Church and served as a member of the Altar Society She is survived by her sons, Fred (Beth)Tuk and Tony (Kathy) Tuk; four grandchildren, Ricky (Jenny) Tuk, Becky (Paul)Kemp, Joey (Sunday) Tuk, and Mathew Tuk; and five great-grandchildren, Allyssa Kemp, Mattie Kemp, Wolfie Tuk, Leo Tuk and Bella Tuk. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, from 6-8 PM with Vigil Service beginning at 6 PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant Chapel. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Christ Our king Catholic Church with Committal and Farewell following at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Mt. Pleasant, SC.
