Raymond Cowart will be missed by the MIS Voice Services staff at Santee Cooper. Raymond has been our "phone man" and friend for many years. He had a wealth of telephone system knowledge and kept up with the latest technologies. We will miss his smile the most! He was always a pleasure to be around with that big grin on his face :)
