Randy Seton Obituary

Randy Seton Charleston - With deepest sorrow, we announce that Randy Seton, Jr. (RJ), age 20, our most beloved son, brother, family member and friend, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 after months of struggling with undiagnosed health issues in addition to his 16-year fight with his pancreas. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. A funeral service will be on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 3 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. He is loved here on Earth as well as in heaven. Although RJ was only 20 years old at this time of his life, he had an affect on many people in his lifetime. RJ filled so many important shoes, from Dog Daddy, Manny, Jr., Grill Master, to Big Brother, Son, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin and Friend; and as you know, shoes were very important to RJ. Everything he did, he did because he wanted to. He was tough, dependable, kind, intelligent and generous. His time here is over but he will now walk with his Papa Frank and Granny Betty, protecting and blessing us from a better place, a place of peace and "FRE SHA VOCA DO." Survivors, include in addition to his parents, Melissa and Brian Hammond, five siblings: Chassee', Jocelyn, Jordan, Amaya and Zachary and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Papa Frank and Granny Betty. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Wigs for kids (wigsforkids.org).
