I am sorry to hear this. Randy and I got acquainted and became friends in the summer of 1972 when we attended West Point. I am sorry to hear that he passed away so young.

I am saddened to hear of the death of my friend and fellow classmate. He was instrumental in the lives of many students, athletes, and friends from his high school years. My condolences and deepest sympathies go out to the Gute family and their many friends.

Randy Gute will always be thought of in high regard from those of us lucky enough to have crossed paths with him. Our world was a much nicer place by his presence.
