Dear Randy, we never got to say goodbye to each other, but I will always cherish all of the years of friendship that we shared. I remember first meeting you at the SEC Championship game when were playing LSU in 2003. It was so cold and windy that we were trying so warm up in GW's truck. I never would have imagined we would be working together in the near future. My heart aches knowing that we will never get to see each other again. There are so many memories we shared from work, to watching football, playing racquetball, fishing, grilling out, eating BBQ, and always laughing together. You are truly one of a kind. Your generosity always astounded me. I still can't believe you surprised me with the full size UGA helmet signed by Herschel and Pollack for Christmas that year. It is definitely something I will remember you by every time I see it. We will miss you always and forever Randy. May you Rest In Peace now and finally get to see Suzy, the love of your life again. All of our love, Michael Heinzer and Family

Randy,

Was a great guy and a great friend.

He will be greatly missed and I just want to say how sorry we are to hear of his passing. He and his family will be in my prayers and thoughts over the next few days. The obituary that was written really shows what Randy was all about and there is a lot to be learned from his life and so many reasons why we we should be so proud of his time here on earth. Now he is up in heaven guiding us and we are lucky to have that.

Charles Dickens said that no one is useless in this world who lightens the burden of another. Randy's life was very useful indeed. I will miss you, Cousin, until we meet again.
