To Ellen,Judy, and Emmie Lou,

We so much enjoyed having Ralph and Julia come up to Emory for Mom's birthday for several summers. Ralph always took me to get her cake and balloons and helped me wrestle them into the car! He also taught me what I needed to know to buy my first new car, and I've used that knowledge twice since to great effect.

When we visited them in Kingstree, the boys were so taken with the dog and the gun collection and the bee hives, and seeing cotton growing in the fields. We will miss him, but treasure our memories, as we know you will.

Kind regards to everyone,
Edie (Spell) Bobko and family.

I am one of the grandsons of Louisa Lanham Spell. I fondly remember Ralph and Julia coming up to visit during my childhood many times for my grandmother's birthday, and one time when we visited them in Kingstree. I have many great memories of that trip, from beekeeping to seeing the sunken garden, to climbing the live oaks, and marveling at the gun collection. I am very sorry to hear of this news, my prayers are with you.

I am Louise Lanham Coskrey's grandaughter. I remember her talking about Ruth Tiller and I met her once. My mother was Clara Wilbur Coskrey Overby and we were from Manning.
You are in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
