I will always remember Uncle Ralph when he came to the beach in the summertime, with a shirt and tie on. Us kids would wonder how he was going to go swimming without a bathing suit. He was an encourager, and always took time for me when I came to see him at his office. Later in life, while living in Charleston, Judy would always say he was the Mayor of Huger Street, and knew the names of all the dogs who took their walk past the house. We'll miss you, Uncle Ralph.
