To The Family of MY Special Loving Friend, Queen Victoria Scott-Dingle who I ALWAYS addressed affectionly throughout our many, many years of friendship, my heart is broken, but also filled with Precious Memories that truly will linger. These last few years I missed so much our conversations, but I WILL never forget our LOVE for each other.
May God comfort each of you and may Your Precious Memories continue to linger.
