To the Riley family,
My name is Anne Ragsdale Davis and I was one of Phillip's teachers at CPMS. Through the years thousands of students have passed through my classroom, but a select few stand out over the passage of time. Phillip was one of those students. I remember a handsome, tall, blonde, young man with a quick smile and a helpful heart. I remember Phillip's enthusiasm for learning. He was seen as a leader among his peers because he was honest and dependable. My heart hurts over this incredible loss. My prayers are with you all as you honor this wonderful man.
