Philip George Beauregard Charleston - Philip George Beauregard, 64, of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. Born on March 6, 1958 in Salem, MA, was a son of the late Annette Beauregard (Charbonneau) and late Frank Beauregard. Philip was a co-owner and director of the Masters Studios of Self Defense. He lived a life dedicated to teaching others and encouraging people to be the best versions of themselves that they could be. He loved music, and sports and did his best to have a positive impact on anyone and everyone he came into contact with. One of his famous mantras was to "always leave things better than you found them." The legacy that he left will last for many lifetimes to come. Philip is preceded in death by Frank Beauregard (Father), Annette Beauregard (Mother), and Norman Beauregard (Brother). Philip is survived by Jenna Beauregard (Daughter) and Darien Coots (son). He also has four siblings. Pauline Needham, Ray Beauregard, Roland Beauregard and Claire Maneiro. The family will receive friends on July 30th from 2 pm-4 pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation - West Ashley, 2501 Bees Ferry Road, Charleston, SC 29414. The service will be held at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, West Ashley, on July 30th at 4 pm following the visitation.
