I´m really sorry that I lost touch with Peter, after he moved to the Carolinas ,... Since Syracuse in the 80´s to when he lived in South Boston in the 90´s, I always had a good time with Pete ,...
I think of him when I listen to familiar tunes he schooled me on ,... in particular REM.
When I hear the song "Fall On Me ". It reminds me of him telling me it was about acid rain.
I miss you Pete ,... Rest In Peace.

I met Peter almost ten years ago as a guest speaker in his CofC classes. I just realized today that he passed away. I am so saddened by this news. I am trying to find his lovely wife Janet that I have spoken to many times after walking Peter from the classroom to their car. I would love to give her my personal condolences 843.906.0010. I so sad about Peter´s passing!

My husband, another Peter, and l have find memories of the time we spent with Peter in London, our home in Brackley (UK) and when visiting him and Janet in Boston and Charleston. Always interesting and interested it was a joy to have known him.

I'm so sorry to hear about Peter. What a joy he was. I knew him from cycling - he got me into piloting a tandem for a blind "stoker" and it was so enjoyable! All of the time I got to spend with Peter was so memorable and fun. My sincere condolences to his family. What a huge loss. :-( I think he was the reason that the James Island Connector Run was opened up to bicycles as well. What a great time that was! <3

I first met Peter on the Bristol elevator with his aide. He was such an impressive gentleman and I am so sorry for your loss, Janet! I hope that only happy memories of your time together quickly fills your heart!

Dear Aunt Janet, Jane, and Nancy,
I am so sorry for your loss. Peter was certainly a fascinating man who showed us all to move past our perceived limitations.
Thinking of you especially Aunt Janet.
