Pete, you will be missed by many of us 'younger boys' who knew you and all of the Dupree boys growing up in Charleston....the Dupree name will always be synonomous with "big Brother"....we had fun over the years playing ball together and sharing a laugh or two....God Bless You my Friend!!

To Stevie Jr. and all of the DuPree family-I am so sad to find out about Pete's passing. I knew he was ill and his days were up and down, but I just knew that tough guy would kick this in just a matter of time. Pete was one of a very few that was nice and helpful to me when I first started as a checker. I know he didn't have to be like that, but he was and I am still thankful to this day for helping me. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for the family during this time of pain and sorrow. Hand your pain and sadness to the Lord-he is always there for us and will never leave our sides. God bless all of your family.
