Peggy Jarman-Reed Obituary

JARMAN-REED, Peggy Entered into eternal rest on the evening of January 27, 2006, Peggy Sheryl Scurry Jarman-Reed, wife of Raymond E. Reed. Residence, Hanahan, South Carolina. Relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond E. Reed are invited to attend the Funeral Services of the latter in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., GREENRIDGE ROAD CHAPEL Tuesday afternoon, January 31, 2006 at one o'clock. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Stuhr's Greenridge Road Chapel this (Monday) evening between six and eight o'clock. Mrs. Jarman-Reed was born September 17, 1945 in Florence, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Joseph Scurry and Alethia Lowder Scurry. She was a member of Our Fathers House and a retired data clerk for MUSC Hospital. She is survived by her husband of Hanahan, SC; two sons: Kevin W. Jarman of Ridgeville, SC and Troy J. Jarman of Fernandina Beach, FL; one daughter, Kimberly J. Rozier of Memphis, TN; two sisters: Nina S. Self and Rosa Rogers, both of Sumter, SC; and five grandchildren: Joshua, Sean, Madeline & Dylan Jarman and Jacob Rozier. She was preceded in death by a son, Carl B. Jarman, Jr; one brother, J. C. Scurry, Jr.; and two sisters: Jean S. Tidwell and Jonell S. Parker. A memorial message may be written to the family by visiting our website, www.jhenrystuhr.com. I have known Ray for several years, but unfortunately, just met Peggy about three weeks ago. I pray that the Lord Jesus will comfort Ray and all the family during this very difficult period in their life. God bless you.
