Pearl Pauline O'Quinn Carter SUMMERVILLE, SC - Pearl Pauline O'Quinn Carter, 99, widow of Jack Carter, of Summerville, SC died on Thursday, June 16, 2011 in Summerville, SC. Funeral services will be held at Parks Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday morning, June 18, 2011 at 11 o'clock. Entombment will be in Summerville Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call at Parks Funeral Home Friday evening from 6 - 8 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ladson Baptist Church, 3231 Ladson Road, Ladson, SC 29456. Mrs. Carter was born December 8, 1911 in Walterboro, SC, a daughter of Harvey O'Quinn and Ella Beach O'Quinn. She was a homemaker and member of Ladson Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Lewis Carter and wife Dorothy Sweatman Carter, of Summerville; four grandchildren, Wayne Carter and wife Luci of Goose Creek, Greg Carter and wife Carri, Robin Carter Donnelly and husband Chris, all of Summerville, Wanda Carter Farinelli and husband Jim of Bentonville, AR; six great grandchildren, Jeff Carter and wife Jessa of Summerville, Eric Carter of FL, Courtney Carter Creech and husband John, Christin Donnelly Rogers and husband Edwin, all of Goose Creek, Reid Carter Pesnell of Bentonville, AR, Andrew Donnelly of Summerville; three great-great grandchildren, John Carter Creech, Caroline Luci Creech, both of Goose Creek, Jeffrey "Huck" Carter of Summerville.
