Patricia Hopkins Obituary

HOPKINS, Patricia Patricia Ann Hopkins, 71, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, October 21, 2005. The friends and relatives of Patricia Hopkins are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at All Saint's Lutheran Church, 2107 N. Highway 17, Mt. Pleasant at four o'clock. A reception will follow the service at the church. ARRANGEMENTS BY J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Mrs. Hopkins was born July 3,1934, in Charlotte, North Carolina, the daughter of the late George O. Hopkins and Jessie Mae Selvey Hopkins. She was a resident of the Canterbury House in Charleston, she loved to do pottery, collect tall ships and spend a lot of time with her loving family and friends. She is survived by her two daughters, Kelli Painter, Pamela R. Ward and her husband, Charles Ward, all of Mt. Pleasant, SC, one brother, Buddy Hopkins and his wife, Barbara of Cornelius, NC, two grandsons, John M. Ritenour and his fiance, Kristine Albia of Mt. Pleasant, and Michael Ritenour, Jr. and his wife, Scarlett Ritenour, of Goose Creek, SC, and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Hopkins. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Davita North Charleston Kidney Center, c/o Helen Jenkins, 4937 Fargo Street, North Charleston, S.C. 29418.
