Charleston - Pastor Lonnie Ruth Moore Palmer, 78, of Charleston, SC,

passed away on January 10, 2026. Pastor Palmer Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 12 Noon in Royal Missionary Baptist Church, 4761 Luella Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405. The viewing for Pastor Palmer will be held Friday, January 23, 2026 at Christian Praise and Worship Center (Reformed House of God), 2920 Appleton Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. There will also be a viewing prior to the service from 11:00 am until the start of service. Entombment Services are private. Pastor Palmer leaves

behind to cherish her memories: husband, Jacob Palmer; children: Valerie

Moore-Givens (Kinard), Duane Moore, Sr., Tyrone Moore, Lerone Moore

(Tiffiany), Myron Moore (Angela), Atabia Moore-Jackson (D'Addario), Vashon Moore (Patrice), Javetta Campbell (Timothy), and Lori Major (Daquan); Sister: Delores M.
