Pete, You, your son and the Salvo and Reeves families have my deepest sympathy and condolences in the passing of your lovely wife,my friend and namesake, Pam. You may not remember me, but we all were in high school together (Pam Gordon). Pam and I spoke several times. We never forgot each other over the years and joked about our names. Please know that death has no prospect of person, race, color or gender. Pam and I were of different race; but, we served and worship the same and love and respected each other. We've shared a bond that race or color couldn't stop because we both know a GOd that loved us because off and not in spite off. He's a God, who's able to do all things abundantly. so, please keep the faith and know that Pam's in a better place. All the sickness and troubles of this world has passed away for her. Know that weeping endures only for a night, joy will surely come in the morning. God's promise is true and His promise will prevails. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. God loves you and the family but he loved Pam and wanted and needed Her with Him now. From speaking to Pam she fought a good fight, she kept the faith and now she's gone to receive Her crown of life that awaited her with her Father above.
