Pamela Kline Bell MT. PLEASANT - Mrs. Pamela Kline Bell, age 62, passed away peacefully in her home while surrounded by loved ones on April 12, 2024. Born in Hamilton, NY to George Kline and Sharlene Sawyer, Pamela grew into a spirited and compassionate woman. In 1988, she married Harold Bell of Hauppauge, NY in a beautiful ceremony in Pulaski, NY. They built a life filled with love and mutual respect in Mount Pleasant, SC. Pamela proudly served in the US Navy, dedicating over 30 years as an active duty veteran and a civil servant. Her commitment to service was only matched by her dedication to her family. Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Harold, and their two sons, Ryan and Matthew, who remember her as a guiding light filled with wisdom and warmth. She was also a beloved friend and mentor to many, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and resilience. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Kline and Sharlene Sawyer, and brother, Jeff Kline. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 18 and Friday, April 19 from 5:00pm to 7:30pm at McAlister-Smith, 1520 Rifle Range Rd., Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. Services will be held on Monday, April 22nd, at 11:00am at McAlister-Smith Chapel. Burial will follow on Tuesday, April 23rd, at Beaufort National Cemetery at 12:00pm. Attendance will be limited per National Cemetery guidelines. After visitation and services, flowers will be brought to Fisher House for the families of hospitalized military men and women. Pamela's indomitable spirit and infectious laughter will be profoundly missed and fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
