I was a Third Class Yeoman, stationed with MSTSMEDSUBAREA, Livorno (Leghorn), Italy from September 1957 through March 1961. Senior Chief Moseley was my superior and it was truly a pleasure working for and with him. He was a true professional and personable individual. His sense of duty and a mentor were sincerely traits that we all enjoyed. Memories of the time in his presence have never left me and even with his passing will always be with me. Thanks Senior Chief and may the Lord provide you with everlasting peace and ease the pain and grief of his loved ones. Respectfully, Norman Webb

To The Family of the late Trustee Oscar Moseley, Jr., c/o of Deborah, Lisa, Mary, Stephanie and Oscar III, I extend my sincere condolences upon hearing of my church brother's transition. Do find consolation in knowing that he is resting in the arms of our Heavenly Father from whom all blessings flow. "When praises/prayers go up, blessings come down." He can now be reunited with his bride, the late Mrs. Eula Moseley. They both are sorely missed especially by their Central Missionary Baptist Church Family.
Prayerfully,
