His remains will rest at Myrtle Hill Gardens in Tampa, Florida. Please make any memorial contributions to the Saint Vincent DePaul Charity. Orlando was a sweet man. As busy as he was, for 15 years he made time to be a garden docent for HCF Spring Tours. He was a joy to work with and will be sorely missed. May your wonderful memories bring you comfort in this sad time. Our thought and prayers are with Tom and Tristan.

It was always truly wonderful to see Orlando during the Festival of Houses and Gardens. He was a faithful volunteer (garden docent) for so many years - so generous with his knowledge and time. His kindness and enthusiasm always brought a smile to my face and to the faces of so many that he met during the tours. We at Historic Charleston Foundation will miss him very much, and we extend our deepest sympathies.
