Oriana Small Obituary

Sammy I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved daughter Oriana. You and your Family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Peggy,Sammy,Marlow,Emily and Stewart,
At times like this, we have to believe in God's plan. I'm not in church like I should be, but I do believe that we are all part of His special plan.
Your Oriana was a beautiful child who was blessed with a beautiful,loving family....and most of all, she spent her days enjoying all the things she loved.

The service on Tuesday was a perfect tribute to her beautiful life....a life well spent....surrounded by people who loved and were loved by her.
In my office hangs a plaque that explains a good life is not measured by the number of years in your life, but the amount of life in your years....such was your Oriana's...and she is now in Heaven with her grandaddy and KNOWS she will see you all again.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I was not blessed to have known Oriana but with bits and pieces I've learned recently, I too would have loved her passion for living and loving. I am a mother and grandmother. I can only imagine the heartache that pierces so deeply into your soul.
Your Mom and Dad are our friends in Rockville. Through them and my attending the memorial service, I know your faith will keep you strong while your heart heals - filling with wonderful memories and love for Oriana.
