I used to deliver the newspaper to this lady when I was a kid growing up in Chas. I'll never forget her face - she had such dignity and respect for herself and others, and she could be a little stern when needed. In fact, I was kind of scared of her. I had a big German Shepherd who went with me on my route. I'm an old man myself now and will look forward to seeing her again on the other side.
