With great sadness, we learned of Olin's passing while we were in NY for an extended stay. We are sorry for the deep loss you must feel for such a wonderful man. We are so glad to have known him and will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

A Real Estate Legend in our minds! Olin was a hard worker and great role model. I enjoyed sharing an office with him back in the '80's & definitely learned a lot from him. Our prayers for his family to be at peace. He certainly earned his peace forevermore in the years we knew him at Westvaco.

When I first started in real estate 30 years ago with Wesvaco in Crowfield after retiring from the Coast Guard, Olin was my go to mentor and a big help in my getting started. I always loved his humor and natural sales talent and often referenced Olin as I trained others over the years. Veteran, good man and a great guy to work with!

Olin was a special person. Always a smile. Always kidding around no matter what was going on. I sold real estate with him in Hunter's Woods and really enjoyed working with him.

I had the chance to meet Mr. Stokes several years ago in Maine through his daughters Ruth and Rhonda. I remember him to be friendly with a good sense of humor. My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Stokes and her family.
