Obie Mae Bryant Palmer MT. PLEASANT - Obie Mae Bryant Palmer, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 8, 2021 at the age of 80. Obie was loving, kind, giving and had a beautiful spirit. She was a retired Certified Nurse's Aide. Obie was the beloved wife of Leroy Palmer, Sr. (Mt. Pleasant, SC). Loving mother of sons, Vaughn Palmer (Joan), Leroy Palmer, Jr. (Thalia) and daughter, Kecia Palmer-Cousins (Kevin). Her son, Curtis Palmer, pre-deceased her last year. She is also survived by grandchildren, Yvonne Palmer-Jenkins (Kendall), Yolanda Baines (Nathan), Ravin Palmer, Takia Palmer, Curtis Palmer, Jr., Vaughn Palmer, Jr., Kendall Cousins, Kyle Cousins, Curtis Jamal Palmer, Kenya Jenkins, great-grandchildren, Nathan Baines, Noah Baines, Kenneth Jenkins, Paisli Middleton, brothers, Kenneth Bryant (Teresa), William Bryant, Jr., Andre Bryant, sister, Beatrice Byers, and a host of relatives and friends.
