Norwood W. Toomer JOHNS ISLAND - The relatives and friends of Mr. Norwood W. Toomer will celebrate his life with a Celebration Of Life on Saturday, June 12, 2021, 11:00 AM in New Zion RMUE Church, 4607 Dorsey Avenue, North Charleston, SC. Rev. Joseph A. Darby, Officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery a walkthrough visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday from 4-7pm. Mr. Toomer leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Rev. Cora L. Toomer; children, Patricia Mack (Michael), Wilbur Toomer, Sonnett Toomer (Bridgette) and Rodney Toomer; siblings, Ella Ralph (Milton) Patricia Daniels (Charles) and James Toomer (Mable); ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. My Dearest Cora and the Toomer family, We were so sorry to hear of Norwood's passing, but we are grateful to have known this amazing servant of God. May you find comfort knowing that he is at rest from labor to reward. Praying your strength during this difficult time. Norwood has been a blessing to do many. May he rest in the arms of JESUS.
