Norma Garcia Obituary

Norma Linda Garcia Hanahan - Norma Linda Garcia, 55, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019. Norma was born to Fred Garza and Maria Galindo on March 22, 1964 in Mineral Wells, Texas. Funeral Services will be Saturday afternoon, April 27, 2019 at 3:30 PM at Faith Assembly of God, 337 Farmington Road, Summerville, SC 29483. Burial will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock at Parks Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted. There are not enough words to describe how much Norma has affected those around her. She had the ability to light up the room and make everybody she met feel like she has known them for years. Her positivity and inspiration has, and will continue to touch hundreds of people's lives. Using her ability to create amazing food, she served others, bringing a smile to their faces and making them feel loved. Her legacy of loving God and others before herself will live on with everybody that knew her. There will not be one day that she will not be missed. Norma was preceded in death by her mother, Maria "Nana" Galindo, her father, Fred Garza, and her brother, Javier "Jay" M. Galindo. She is survived by her children, K'Cee Lee, Michael Garcia, Reyna Cazares, Mario Almaguer, Laura Almaguer, Gladys Cazares, and Jesse Cazares; grandchildren, Dominik and Ashlynn Lee, Natalie, Mariah and Angel Almaguer, Naydene, Ethan, and Elliott Fuerte, Salma, Leticia, and Aaron Cazares, Matthew Barrios, Kylo Hernandez, and Mia Garcia.
