Dear Ron and family, Nancy was one of those people that brings a smile whenever we remember her. She was a bright light, energetic, upbeat, and certainly colorful. Her devotion to helping those who could not help themselves is speaks eloquently to her seeing a need and doing something about it. While we will miss her we are all the richer for having known her.

Dear Bristol Family, I am very sad to hear of the passing of such a wonderful woman. As a child, I benefitted from her infectious good humor and wit. As a mother of 6, I have identified with her frugality and love of beautiful furniture with a touch of personality. She was a delightful woman and her memory will be cherished. She touched so many in the world with positive energy and enthusiasm. We are all better for knowing her. Sending my deepest sympathies to you.

I knew Nancy through my work as a visiting nurse working with the elderly, particularly those with dementia. I loved sharing clients with her because I knew that she would advocate for the person we were visiting and be willing to take approaches that were not conventional in the interest of the person we were serving. Her good cheer and enthusiasm for her work was heartwarming. She made a difference to so many. I am sorry that you all are having to deal with losing her from your daily life. I trust her spirit will remain with you.

Hi Ron and Family..

I was just working on my Timeline for facebook (angel kissed faces) and smiled when I added NH to my MAP of places visited.. remembering all the fun we had at your cottage!

Then yesterday I heard the sad news.. heartfelt positve energy being sent your way from AZ. There are no words to describe a long term illness in a family.. it forces us to remember how precious life is.. and gives us time to come together as a family priority vs the rest of our lives that are full of responsibilities that speed by.. some day you'll appreciate what the illness warning did give you all... time & memories! I never saw Nancy without a SMILE.. I know her godson Jay will be looking for her and keep her safe till we see her again.

Love and Angel Kisses xoxo

When I think of Mrs. Bristol i think of strength, conviction, character, and goodwill. She was sharp and didn't tolerate stupidity, she was opinionated yet her viewpoints were always spot on. She had expectations of all people she encountered, to be good and achieve your very best. She was never afraid to be herself and in turn encouraged others to be real and true to oneself. She had a wonderful sense of humor and made others learn to laugh. She was stern when required and compassionate when deserved. Her family was her greatest love. She was fun, loved a great party and was always colorful both in dress and in spirit! She was truly a unique human being and will be missed by many, yet her example should inspire those she has left behind until we all join hands in the kingdom of Heaven. I am comforted that you are now at peace and that the example you set shall serve as a beacon to all those lives that you touched.

Dear Ron and Family,

What a true joy to have known Nancy. I loved playing golf with her at Wild Dunes. She made me laugh so much, it was difficult to hit the ball. Dinner parties were even more fun. I loved her colorful floor coverings and the color everywhere in her Wild Dunes home. Her home was surrounded with beautiful family pictures.
We are grateful for having had Nancy as a dear friend. We send our love to this family for a very large loss.

Dear Ron and Family.
What a true honor to have had Nancy in our lives down here at Wild Dunes. She was truly one in a million and so much fun to tease....especially about the grandchildren. We shall miss her smiling face. We all know she is in Heaven and probably chatting with Judy Ockerman by now. So sorry for your loss but you were all there when she needed you most.
With Much Sympathy,
