Hello, I'm just reading this. I know it's a few years passed. But I knew Muriel and her family as growing up. She was my mother and fathers friend for years. My Parents were Robert K. And Barbara J. Baugher. And at the time of Muriel's Passing I was living in Baltimore Md. So I never knew. She was indeed a very nice lady. I never forgot her nor her family.

Thank-you for all the prayers that has helped my mother as well as myself through this long journey. As my sister said she enjoyed life to the very end. The tourment for me was that she could not do the things that she always loved to do.We loved to take car rides go shopping and play board games. I could never beat her at the game of scabble, simply because she new every word in the dictionary. We enjoyed each others company as we played bingo at the firehouse.I don't know how I will go to a fresh fruit and vegetable stand with out her, she loved them so.As she got more disabled and couldn't play the piano anymore she would have me play for her. Although I had only had a few lessons my mother inspired me to love all music and when i would play she would say, "Dolly I can't make the piano sound like that." After Daddy died I played the song Meet me Tonight in Dreamland for her. As i would play she would sing. But now mom I will play and sing Meet me Tonight in Dreamland to you.

Mom, You were and always will be my best-friend but now I will talk to you in my prayers and I will have your presence in my heart and soul.I love you,Dolly

Thank you so much for your kind out-pouring of sympathy and well-wishes.

My mother was a wonderful, highly intelligent, unique and interesting person. She enjoyed many things- movies, cooking, reading, traveling, but music was certainly her most loved. I can still hear her playing the piano and singing her favorite songs. Many the nights we listened as she played when we were small. Sometimes we would accompany her as we got a little older. We had lots of fun together.

My mother loved to have her family together on holidays, to hear the house filled with laughter and talking. She loved to sit and talk with us, and I have wonderful memories of talking with her into the wee hours of the morning about all kinds of things...she had a wide range of interests and great curiosity about the world.

Mom was a strong person with a good heart and great determination. She enjoyed her life up until the final months of her life in spite of her growing physical limitations and health problems.

I know she is now in a better place with no more pain or suffering. She is enjoying all the things she loved once again.

I know that she has rejoined the love of her life. My father has waited so patiently these past 18 years for her to rejoin him in heaven.

My mother's strength and tenacity have always been an inspiration to me. I love her and will miss her so very, very much.

I love you, Mom.

Daughter, Flora
