Always a gentleman and willing to help others. I thought the world of Milland enjoyed working with him.

I got to know Millard when we were both working at the US Army Corps of Engineers. He worked out in the field a lot so I usually only saw him about six or seven times a year. What I remember most about him is that he was always a true Southern gentleman. My thoughts are with you.
