Mildred Simmons Green MONCKS CORNER - The beloved Rev. Mildred Simmons Green, 79. of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, sadly departed this life on August 17, 2024, peacefully in her home. Mildred was deeply rooted in her faith in God and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was the heart of her family and home, known for her vibrant and kind spirit. Her heart and home were always open to everyone. Wake Service will be held at Unity Missionary Baptist Church, 2027 Delaware Ave., North Charleston, SC 29405, on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Celebration of Life Service will be held on August 24th at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1440 Folly Rd., Charleston, SC 29412. Interment will be on Monday, August 26, 2024, at the Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort, SC Arrangements have been Entrusted to DIVINITY MORTUARY, 924 S.
