Grady High School in Atlanta, subsequently enrolling at The Citadel in Charleston, SC. He graduated August 25, 1961, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. While at The Citadel he met Rose Mary Chapman, his wife of 63 years. They settled in Atlanta where, they had two children, Eric Lee and Leslie Ann. Mike was a faith filled man and I was pleased to know him. I was welcomed by he and Rose Mary when I first made Charleston my home. May he Rest in Peace and may the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace.
