Mike Vergot represents the best of many deeply-cherished memories of my time as a member of Bishop McDevitt's Class of 1965. Tillie was a friend, among the first to encourage my writing, and though distant in person for many years, always close in my thoughts and prayers. My prayers are with Dede this day.
