Mike was a very good friend to me and my dad Mike taught me everything I know about golf not the swing but the ways of life. He and dad also taught me how to behave around grown ups while I work in the pro shop from the time I was 14 to when I was in my 20s. If Mike never entered my life I would not be the man I am today.
Mike was a huge part of my Jr. and Adult life for as long as I can remember. I cannot tell any stories but I know more than my share. I am very sorry for everyone's loss that came in touch with Mike in their life's because you will never forget the Irishman of Yeamans Hall.
God Bless You Mike
I always Loved you.

Mike and my husband, Russell, were friends through Yeamans and I got to know him at the annual Hudspeth Bridge Run cook-outs. Russ died May 10 and I can only imagine that he and Mike have already hooked up to play the best golf courses Heaven has to offer! He leaves lasting memories.

Mike invited me twice to be his guest at Yeamans and we played together at a K of C tourney. He was always great company and fun to be around. I can still hear his advice while I lined up my putts, "Don't look, laddie. Listen!" I'll miss him greatly.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was a wonderful man, and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him over the years (my father golfed at Yeamans when Mike was pro and I took golf lessons from him). My best friend and I always loved listening to his stories! May he rest in peace.
