Michael Giovanni Peterson Ravenel, SC - Michael Giovanni Peterson, 23, of Ravenel, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 3, 2022. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 11, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm. Interment will be private. Michael was born October 19, 1998 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of John Olaf Peterson III and Jill Mishell Porter-Johnson. Michael resided with his father and enjoyed working with him at his farm, Lazy P. Farms. He is survived by his father, John Olaf Peterson III and his wife, Kimberly Peterson; mother, Jill Mishell Porter-Johnson and her husband, Daniel J. Johnson; paternal grandparents, John Olaf Peterson, Jr. and Victoria Peterson; maternal grandmother, Lois Porter; brothers, Joseph William Peterson and Joshua Prescott Peterson; and nieces, Kylie and Avery. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ashley Mishell Peterson; and maternal grandfather, Robert Porter.
