Dear Cheryl,
I just heard about Michael. I don't know if he ever talked much about us growing up together. John my brother in law is like a Dad to me and of course that would make Michael my brother in my mind. I remember all those hot summers by the pond. Michael and Bobby riding motorbikes down the trails. We didn't spend much time together as we both grew and I left time to live life and have a family, but every time I see a motorbike I think of those days. All the laughs and learning how to be teenagers together. For the Mitchums, I know this is a space in the family that can never to filled. The loss of Mr Mitchum and Mrs Mitchum was a valley, this will make it a canyon. I hope the new children of the family brings the memories needed to survive such a lose. Sad and feeling the lose. That beautiful blond hair. Bye Micheal. I loved you

Cheryl,
I was so shocked to hear about Micheal. He and I grew up together. He was a wonderful caring neighbor. I can remember the times when Mr. Troy and Mrs. Margaret would give him the deer meat to bring over to the house, it was heavy but he always had a smile on his face. Family was always important to him, so Cheryl do not worry, he is with family in that great manison in the sky. God Bless and continue to hold on to his hands.

Cheryl, I look to Bob as my older brother here in Texas. Talking with him, Michael must have been a great person to know, a great husband, and a great father. I know Bob was looking so forward to moving back to SC and spending time with you all. My family and church are keeping all of your family in our prayers. May God bless you in this tragic time.

Cheryl and Mike,
We have lost a great person and just wanted you to know that Michael would always speak of his deep love for his family. He was a caring person who would always put others first. I will miss our conversations that took place in our office in Hanahan and Moncks Corner for the 6 years we worked together. My prayers are with you and if you ever need anything, please call.

Dear Bob, Elaine and I are so very sorry for your loss. Your loss is great as is ours. I wish I knew all the right words to say to help comfort you and your family. The most comfort for us is knowing that their are friends like you and Donna whom we know we could count on if we are in need. And so we would hope that you will take some comfort in knowing that Elaine and I are here if you need us. Our love and prayers go out to you and your family.

To Cheryl,
Our deepest sympathy goes out to you and lil Michael(Doodle Bug). We will be there for you through thick and thin don't ever hesitate to call. I can only imagine that it is hard to deal, but with the help of god you will get through this, it will take time but you will make it; all you have to do is think of the good times that you all have had as a family and all of the good things that has been accomplished. This will help you to get through. We all will miss him but god loves him best. To lil Michael I know how it is to lose a father because I have been there, but most of our wounds has been healed and it took time, yeah we still think about him and of course we miss him, but we have good memories of him and this is what has kept us going. Hold on to god's unchanging hands. Cheryl the next time I come home I will personally pay you and lil Michael a visit. We love ya!
