Michael McGougan Obituary

Michael Brockington McGougan CLARKSBURG, WV - Michael Brockington McGougan passed away May 22 in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Son of LT. Col. Bruce A. McGougan (retired) and Lillian Brockington McGougan. He was a talented and very smart man. His career was with Winyah Amusement Co. in Georgetown, S.C. and Channel 5 TV station in Clarksburg, W. V. He graduated from Carlisle Military Academy and worked on the flight line in the U.S. Air Force on the F-15 fighter jet. The love of his life was his wife, Debby Jones McGougan, married 34 years. He loved his family and loved coming to visit every summer. He is survived by his mother and father, brothers, Bruce A. McGougan III (Tamara) and Markley Eugene McGougan (Tracey), his sister he loved dearly, who was an Anglican priest, Rev. Martha Holmes McGougan Horn (Rev. Robert Horn) who have gone to their eternal home in Heaven, and his special aunt, Sandy Brockington of Saluda, N.C.
