Michael LANDRY Obituary
July 15, 1952 – September 11, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Kendall Landry, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Michael peacefully left us on September 11, 2025, at the age of 73.
Michael was born on July 15, 1952, and was a constant presence of love and support to those who were fortunate to know him. He spent over 50 years of his life with his devoted wife, Robbie Landry, building a life full of memories and laughter. Together, they created a family, raising two children, Dan Landry and Julie Garrett.
As a proud grandfather, Michael adored his two grandchildren, Quinton and Jaylen, and cherished every moment with them. Julie's husband, Marques Garrett, was also an important part of his life, and Michael was grateful for the love they shared as a family.
Michael's life was defined by his generosity, kindness, and dedication. He worked as an emergency room nurse for over 25 years, where he touched countless lives with his compassion and expertise. He was also a football coach, headstart teacher, bartender, activist, and a BBQ guru with a passion for bringing people together over great food.
He had a fierce love for life, whether it was hosting family gatherings, coaching his teams, or enjoying a round of washers with friends - a game in which he was a champion. His infectious spirit and zest for life will be missed by all who knew him.
Michael is also survived by his brother, James Landry; and his sister, Kay Griffin. He was a deeply loved uncle and friend to many, and his legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
A celebration of his life will be held on November 8, 2025, at Trailbreaker Cider, located at 2204 N. Madison St., Liberty Lake, WA, at 5:00 p.m. We invite family and friends to join us in honoring Michael's memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that the next time you go out to eat, to tip your server massively in Michael's name, he was always such a generous tipper.
We love you so much, Dad. You will forever be in our hearts.

So sorry to hear of Michael's passing. I worked with him at the ER for about 5 years many years ago. He was an excellent nurse and a friend. Prayers for the family and friends.
