Michael Gray Summerville - Michael "Mike" Alan Gray, 62, of Summerville, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2 o'clock at The Summerville Country Club, 400 Country Club Blvd, Summerville, SC 29483. Flowers are accepted, or memorials can be made in honor of Mike to The Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605 or Dorchester Paws, 136 4 Paws Lane, Summerville, SC 29483. Mike was born on September 26, 1960 in Summerville, SC and was the son of the late CB Gray and Ann Staton. Mike was one of a kind, and achieved so much during his lifetime. He was a part of the Masonic Lodge and was a Shriner that was a part of the Royal Orders of Jesters Court 113. Mike was loyal, faithful, and loved so many people that loved him just as much. If he was your friend, you knew it and if he wasn't you wished he was! Mike is survived by his wife of many years, Judith I. Gray; mother, Ann K. Staton; daughter, Jessica Walton (Bryan); brother, Robbie Gray; sisters, Saundra Minter and Suzanne Pye (Roger); five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and his five dogs. He is predeceased by his father, CB Gray; and nephew, Taylor Gray. Mike would want everyone to remember, "How Sweet It Is."
