Gallagher always knew how to make me laugh -- some of my fondest Elon memories have Mike in them.

Dearest Mike and Nancy, it's been so long since I've seen that precious and beautiful blonde-haired boy of yours, but I know how loved and cherished he has always been. I am a friend of Mike's from St. Pius (class of '97). He was always smiling and cracking jokes and such a pleasure to be around and simply lit up any room he entered. I was extremely saddened this morning to hear the news of his passing. My heart goes out to his wife and family.

It is very hard to imagine that Mike is gone. I first met him when he interviewed at WCSC as I was the National Sales Manager and involved in the hiring process. He wowed us with his experience and charisma. He was a wonderful asset to our team at WCSC. I was very proud when he took the big leap of faith to go out on his own and start his agency. He developed friends very quickly in Charleston and was liked by everyone he met. He will be sorely missed by the advertising and television community as well as everyone who knew him.

We will miss you old friend. Rest in peace and know that you are truly loved by all of your brothers at Elon.
