Michael Roy Dalton Goose Creek - Micahel Roy Dalton, 70, of Goose Creek, SC, widower of the late Elizabeth Smith Dalton, passed away September 5, 2021. Graveside Services will be Sunday afternoon, September 19, 2021, at 2 o'clock in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials in Mike's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Stjude.org. Michael was born March 19, 1951, in Columbia, SC, a son of the late William Roy Dalton and Helen Dorothy Besch Dalton. He was a consultant in healthcare and environmental services, and loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family. Survivors include his son, Matthew Lee Dalton of Goose Creek, SC; daughter, Amy Elizabeth Dalton also of Goose Creek, SC; brother, Kenneth Joseph Dalton of Columbia, SC; and grandchildren, Justin Michael Dalton, Matthew Lee Dalton, Jr., Reid Dalton Broadway, and Madeline Clark Broadway.
