META COX Obituary

Meta (Meme) Marlow Cox LAS VEGAS, NV - Meta (Meme) Marlow Cox, 91, of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Charleston, SC and widow of Arthur N. (Bubba) Cox, entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 30, 2013. She was born August 2, 1921, the daughter of the late John Buist Marlow and Louise Gieschen Marlow. Survivors include her daughter Catherine C. Figg, daughter-in-law Debbie A. Cox, sister Joan M. Riley, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Alan B. Cox, sisters Hazel M. Bryant, Frances M. Pierce, and Bertha M. Mixon. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 24, 2013 at 11:00 am at Bethany Cemetery, Charleston, SC. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 714 Riverdale Drive, Charleston, SC 29407. Visit our guestbook at www.postandcourier.com/ deaths
