Melvin was my grandfather. He was a great grandfather too. I wish he was still here with us but everybody knows he is in a better place. I know my grandmother appreciates all the cards and visits. I hope that everybody that lives near by will stay with her during this very hard time for her. I know my grandmother will get through this someway and somehow. Thank you for being there with us during this very hard time for all of us.

You all are in my prayers. We sometimes don't understand the move or the will of God, but we can be certain that its perfect in all of its ways! As not easy losing someone you really love, but think of it as Mr. Melvin is waiting on you all...that should give you all hope and anticipation. God Blessings.

Catherine and family, my heart grieve to hear about the loss of your love one, words are not merely enough to express the hurt and pain. Just know that GOD has a better place reserved for Melvin, and he is resting safely now from all harms. May you and your family continue to do what Melvin would want you to do, be strong and know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD, know that Melvin lives on through the love and joy that he brought into the lives of others. We are here for you and you all have our deepest condolences. God Bless.
